I led the US media team at WPP Media for the Mars relationship – across all lines of business – between 2023 and 2025. This covered Mars Snacking, Mars Pet, Mars Food, KIND, Royal Canin, Mars Corporate and Ethel M. Seven quite separate businesses. Seven ways to deliver results. Seven ways of doing business.
With 200 people on our team, we stewarded total investments upwards of $600M - $700M+, depending on the year. Core to our work was our clear focus on Media 2025, Mars’ effort to completely modernize their approach to media investment so that the majority was fully addressable and more than 75% was biddable.
